Oqu sometimes imagined what it would be like to have one. Vecutervu were the only pets that his kind used for sexual gratification. And not only the females, but males as well. Unlike Oqu’s kind, male Vecutervu have a hole that is perfect for sexual gratification. For Oqu and his partner, two males, sex is performed by the rubbing of their reproductive organs against each other. Oqu always wondered how good it would feel to bury his reproductive organ deep inside a vecutervu’s hole. According to his species, it felt fantastic.
As he watched the vecutervu in their glass-like cages, he decided he liked the one on the left the best. It had blond hair, blue eyes, and wore some odd contraption on its face. The contraption was made of metal and incased round glass pieces where the animal’s eyes were. Oqu had never seen anything like that.
As he walked closer to its cage, the animal watched him. Oqu smiled at it and tried to walk around it to look at its back, but the creature turned around. Oqu tapped the glass with his finger and the vecutervu backed against the wall. He moved his finger this way and that, tapping different parts of the glass and the animal followed with its eyes. Oqu really liked this animal, but he knew he could never actually own it. He stepped away to go back to the tulus when he saw the vecutervu’s price tag. His eyes widened. The shop keeper must have made a mistake. He looked at the other vecutervu cages. The prices on those were typical, maybe even a bit over-priced. He looked back at the vecutervu’s he liked. Yes, the price was much lower. It was still very expensive, but he’d never heard of a sale that low for one of these creatures.
“Are you finding everything okay?” The shop keeper asked, coming to stand next to him.
“Ah, yes. But…is this the true price for this animal?”
Regutellellee nodded. “He’s on sale. Buy him while you can. I’m sure he’ll be sold within a few days.”
“But why is it so cheap, well, not cheap exactly, but cheaper.”
“I got him recently and just don’t have enough room for him at the moment.”
“Is that all?” Oqu was skeptical. “Is there something wrong with it? Is it being sold secondhand?”
Regutellellee knew next–to–nothing about that particular vecutervu, though she did know one thing. “He is not secondhand. He has never been used. His rectum is completely virginal.” It had to be if the creature escaped from the Pet Holding Facility.
“Rectum?”
“The hole in male vecutervu that bring our species pleasure.”
“Oh, can I see it?” Oqu had only ever heard about the hole, never before seen it. It fascinated him.
“Sure. I’ll let him out and you can touch him too.”
Oqu was excited as the female of his species unlocked the glass cage and pulled the vecutervu out. The creature looked scared and trembled as the shopkeeper maneuvered the animal.

Jake felt the collar’s pull when the glass door was open. He was forced to walk out of the cage. He didn’t understand what the two aliens were saying, but it scared him. Was he being sold?
He felt the shopkeeper touch him. She put a cold hand on his back and had him bend over. He looked around the room to see if he could find something to use as a weapon now that he was out of the cage. But what would that accomplish anyway? He had a stupid collar around his neck. And now there were two aliens gawking at him.
Jake gasped when he felt the alien’s fingers on his ass. He looked over his shoulder. She was showing the customer his asshole. What the fuck? Why?
He tried wiggling out of her grasp, but received a shock for moving. It hurt. What was he, a misbehaving dog or something? They really were treating him like he was just some animal.

Oqu stared at the small twitching pucker. It was shut tight. Would his reproductive organ really fit in there? He had his doubts. “Is that hole really made for our species’ reproductive organs?”
“Well, no. It is not made for it. Once a vecutervu is taken from its home planet, the creature is modified slightly at the Pet Holding Facility to give their rectums more elasticity. It may be a bit of a tight fit at first, but a modified vecutervu’s rectum is perfect for a male of our kind. I’m sure you’ll find him very pleasurable.
Oqu bet he would too. If only he had the money. Then something caught his attention. “What is that?” he asked, pointing to a small sack under the vecutervu’s own tiny reproductive organ.
“Testicles.”
“Testicles…as in two? Vecutervu have two testicles?”
“Yes,” the shopkeeper said. “Unlike our species where males have one, a vecutervu has two, but they do not inflate when they are ready to ejaculate.”
“That’s very interesting,” Oqu said in awe. “Now have him stand upright, I want to look more closely at its reproductive organ.” Oqu had never before had the chance to examine a vecutervu like this. The creature was so strange to him and the experience was very exciting.
Regutellellee maneuvered the animal so that it was standing and allowed the customer to gaze at the creature and ask his questions. A few minutes later, another customer came in.
“Ah, you have another one!” the customer said excitedly. “And so beautiful too!”
Oqu looked at the other of his kind, the customer, and instantly knew that he was very wealthy. He held the latest version of the lezzo device, an information gadget that doubled as a communication device. Almost everyone had some form of lezzo, but most had the cheaper, common ones. Oqu hoped the man wasn’t interested in the vecutervu he was looking at, but it wasn’t like he was actually going to buy it anyway. He was just living out a fantasy for a moment.
“I just got him last night,” Regutellellee said.
“Are you already showing him to someone else?” The customer looked a bit put-out.
“Yes, I’m sorry Zewwkex.”
“Do not worry. May I stay and listen? If this male decides not to buy, I may be interested, though the low price does worry me a bit.”
“Oh it’s a sale due to not enough room in my shop. I also don’t have enough supplies for it.”
For some reason the new customer, Zewwkex worried him. He was so wealthy and walked into the store as if he already had a vecutervu at home. Why should he have this one too? Oqu really liked this one and it was actually on sale. Honestly, because of the sale and his raise at work, he could technically buy the vecutervu…though he’d been saving up for a new, bigger living space. The money that he’d saved thus far would all go into buying the vecutervu. He wouldn’t have much left.
But wasn’t this a once in a lifetime opportunity? A virgin vecutervu would never be sold at such a low price again, Oqu was sure of it. And he really wanted the animal. He was sure that his partner would love it too. And besides, he could always save up for a new place after he bought the animal.
“I’ll take him,” Oqu said suddenly.
“Are you sure,” Zewwkex asked. “I already have one at home and they can be quite a handful. Not to mention expensive to care for. A bed alone is—”
“I may not look it, but trust me, I can afford it,” Oqu lied. Oqu didn’t like being looked down on and saying he was going to purchase the luxury pet made him feel proud and confident. It was like he was now part of some exclusive club.
“The shopkeeper gave him some forms to sign and asked to see his vecutervu license. A vecutervu cannot be purchased without a license. Oqu forgot about that. He panicked for a moment before telling her it hadn’t been digitally sent yet and he would be able to show it to her on his lezzo tomorrow if she could hold the pet for him until then. She agreed and that was the end of it. Oqu went home without telling his partner about the vecutervu he bought. It would be a surprise.
